1. Take Your Basic Working Tools Everywhere

Remember that time you had a great idea, but now you don't know what the idea was anymore? That's a common problem for creative people, we need to address it...

As soon as you have a great idea, write it down! No matter where you are, you can elaborate on that idea? Start to do the work! You need your notebook? Your guitar? Your gym shoes? Take them everywhere! 

Be ready for the creative juices because they will appear and you go to let them flow. Best way is to take your work tools with you wherever you are, wherever you're going! You can get busy right away!  

2. Give Creativity The Space It Needs

You need to have a working space that inspires you and nothing better than having a cleaned working space. Get rid of the junk you have surrounding that space, give it a fresh look.

Cut down all the distractions around your life. Leave the random Internet sightseeing alone, leave the smart-phone alone, focus on your tasks. 

It's important for you to have a daily routine where you schedule your time to do the necessary tasks that can get you inspired, like meditation, reading, listening to audiotapes, working out. But it's also necessary that you do this activities but have the necessary resting time for your mind. Schedule your day from the hour you wake up to the hour you go to bed.

3. Surround Yourself By Creativity: People, Music, Quotes, Pictures

Join them and become creative like them. Creative people can inspire people to be creative, you are who you get along with, so get along with creative people. 

Redecorate your working space with new colors, post pictures in the walls, have quotes and sayings around you.

You can have your custom desktop, custom smartphone screen with inspirational pictures and quotes, photos of your kids or pets, posters that inspire you.

4. Break What's Conventional, No Rules!

Open your mind to new concepts and theories, get new tools to work with, contact with people from your specific field and get know others ways to do it. Get that knowledge!

You can absorb many things from other cultures just by watching a foreign movie or a TV channel, from a particular country. Learning a new language it's great for growing and creativity.

Have the courage to take risks and be bold about new challenges that most won't take. If you want to create something new you have to embrace an untraveled path where there is no guidelines, except the ones you create. 

5. Study Creative Persons In Other Fields

If you are a writer we take for granted you've study some creative writers before, if not you should, studying people in your field of expertise it's essential. But, we take it further, don't just study people in your field, study creative people in other fields and apply their principles to your world

If you are a writer, the mindset of a sports champion can get your juices going, you can put into words the movement you see in the sports field. If you sing you can get inspired by a very creative piece of art such as a painting or a sculpture, and how the artist made that great piece. 

The point is you need go outside your field of expertise and discover something that's really creative, and eventually can get your creativity going also.

6. Fun And Happiness That's The Way You Practice And Practice

What's the point of doing something if don't have fun doing it? Discipline won't last just for the sake of it. You have to find happiness in the things you do, and being creative is one way of getting non-stop fun and happiness.

If you practice and practice you'll get better and better, if you practice and have fun at the same time there's no limits to your growth You'll create more and more, and get better and better in new inventive ways that you never dreamed of. 

By searching for happiness and funny things to do, the work you are doing might work or not (who knows), but at least you had a good time doing it.  

7. Know Yourself Better Than Anyone Else

That's something we all have already, it's just a matter of keeping ourselves on the right track.

Always remember your roots, the place you came from, your family, your friends, your childhood, your teenage years, put your life in perspective. Who knows if that can bring some kind of new idea for a book, a story, a movie, a painting, a song, etc.

Your past experiences should give you strength not discourage you. Use them as lessons, where you learn how to deal with yourself and life circumstances. You know when you're about to give up on things better than anyone else, talk to your own self in a positive way and keep on going, finish what you start.

Count your blessings, be grateful for what you have, so more can come to you, that's the main idea.

8. Free Writing, Free Singing, Freestyle!

Get moving! One of the worst misconceptions about creativity is that it has to come when it has to come. So we don't do nothing an wait with our fingers crossed? No sir! We get on the move! 

You don't have to force yourself to do a masterpiece when you are uninspired, what we mean is, you have to work on your craft constantly and eventually by doing some random tasks that won't serve has a final work, you find a new idea or new technique that ultimately will inspire you to do a masterpiece.

Do the work, and the work will inspire you, start a free writing text like back in school, put an instrumental on and sing something has you feel the melody, put the music on and start dancing by what you feel, start abstract drawing in your notebook, etc. 

A freestyle session it's great  way for creating new ideas and develop your skills.

9. Get Away From It, Come Back At It Again!

We don't we can call this a technique, but it's something we constantly do, and it works! When you are all over it, you just can't stand it anymore, it's time you move away from that project just for a couple or hours, maybe a couple of days, depending on the magnitude of the project or deadline. Don't let time pressure you, not good for creativity.

It's essential to get away for some time, it gives time for your mind to rest, instead of being saturated by the same thoughts. When you go back at it, you're mind is fresh and magic happens: that the huge problem you saw yesterday, now it looks so small it easy to solve.

This really works, and sometimes, people leave work undone for decades unintentionally, they pick it up years later, and boom! Fantastic work was produced. But be careful, don't lose control, you might lose your best piece of work if you leave it alone for ages. 

10. Get Inspired By Your Previous Work

Some people don't like to go back and see their previous work, but we think it's a great tool to ground you and see how far you have come.

Work from the past can be a major player in your future work if you give it the right meaning. You can always get inspired to do a sequel or a totally different piece with some influences from your past work, you decide what works for you.

Your previous work can spark new ideas, but it can also be a good way of recycling your content. For instances, ablog post can become a YouTube video and create more interest with a more visual driven presentation. Don't forget people aren't all alike, so for you to reach many you need to diversify the way you present your work.

In life, as Charles Darwin observed, it is not the strongest or the most intelligent that survive, but those that are more responsive to change. In such a time, when the world seems much more smaller and connected; when all creatures look toward for survival; when all people are almost searching for the same thing; when those working so hard get less and the reverse is true; when life seems to be losing meaning for many, we need to do a tactical withdraw, examine our yesterday steps and find more effective ways of approaching the future with more intelligence. I bet, your life isn’t going to change because you work so hard or you have the most faith; it won’t change because you love change itself – your life will only change because you understand that particular change and how you can use it to get what you want out of it. 6- Reduce Stress

When you're under a lot of stress, your body releases high levels of the stress hormone cortisol. This hormone actually blocks the effects of testosterone, presumably because, from a biological standpoint, testosterone-associated behaviors (mating, competing, aggression) may have lowered your chances of survival in an emergency (hence, the "fight or flight" response is dominant, courtesy of cortisol).

In the modern world, chronic stress, and subsequently elevated levels of cortisol, could mean that testosterone's effects are blocked in the long term, which is what you want to avoid. My favorite overall tool to manage stress is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), which is like acupuncture without the needles. It's a handy, free tool for unloading emotional baggage quickly and painlessly, and so easy that even children can learn it. Other common stress-reduction tools with a high success rate include prayer, meditation, laughter and yoga, for example. Learning relaxation skills, such as deep breathing and positive visualization, which is the "language" of the subconscious. When you create a visual image of how you'd like to feel, your subconscious will understand and begin to help you by making the needed biochemical and neurological changes.

7- Limit or Eliminate Sugar from Your Diet

Testosterone levels decrease after you eat sugar, which is likely because the sugar leads to a high insulin level, another factor leading to low testosterone. Based on USDA estimates, the average American consumes 12 teaspoons of sugar a day, which equates to about TWO TONS of sugar during a lifetime.
Why we eat this much sugar is not difficult to understand -- it tastes good, and it gives us pleasure by triggering an innate process in your brain via dopamine and opioid signals. What it is doing to us on both a physical and emotional level is another story entirely, and most people stand to reap major improvements in their health by cutting back on, or eliminating, sugar altogether from their diets. Remember foods that contain added sugar and fructose, as well as grains like bread and pasta, should all be limited. If you're struggling with sugar addiction and having trouble dealing with cravings, I highly recommend trying an energy psychology technique called Turbo Tapping, which has helped many "soda addicts" kick their sweet habit, and it should work for any type of sweet craving you may have.

8- Eat Healthy Fats
By healthy, this means not only mon- and polyunsaturated fats, like that found in avocadoes and nuts, but also saturated, as these are essential for building testosterone. Research shows that a diet with less than 40 percent of energy as fat (and that mainly from animal sources, i.e. saturated) lead to a decrease in testosterone levels. My personal diet is about 60-70 percent healthy fat, and other experts agree that the ideal diet includes somewhere between 50-70 percent fat. It's important to understand that your body requires saturated fats from animal and vegetable sources (such as meat, dairy, certain oils, and tropical plants like coconut) for optimal functioning, and if you neglect this important food group in favor of sugar, grains and other starchy carbs, your health and weight are almost guaranteed to suffer

Research suggests that BCAAs result in higher testosterone levels, particularly when taken along with resistance training. While BCAAs are available in supplement form, you'll find the highest concentrations of BCAAs like leucine in dairy products – especially quality cheeses and whey protein. Even when getting leucine from your natural food supply, it's often wasted or used as a building block instead of an anabolic agent. So to create the correct anabolic environment, you need to boost leucine consumption way beyond mere maintenance levels. That said, keep in mind that using leucine as a free form amino acid can be highly counterproductive as when free form amino acids are artificially administrated, they rapidly enter your circulation while disrupting insulin function, and impairing your body's glycemic control. Food-based leucine is really the ideal form that can benefit your muscles without side effects.
There are numerous strategies you can try to boost your testosterone levels naturally. These are appropriate for virtually anyone, as they carry only beneficial "side effects."


1- Lose Weight

If you're overweight, shedding the excess pounds may increase your testosterone levels, according to research presented at the Endocrine Society's 2012 meeting. Overweight men are more likely to have low testosterone levels to begin with, so this is an important trick to increase your body's testosterone production when you need it most. If you are serious about losing weight, you have got to strictly limit the amount of processed sugar in your diet, as evidence is mounting that excess sugar, and fructose in particular, is the primary driving factor in the obesity epidemic. So cutting soda from your diet is essential, as is limiting fructose found in processed foods, fruit juice, excessive fruit and so-called "healthy" sweeteners like agave.

Ideally you should keep your total fructose consumption below 25 grams per day and this includes fruits. This is especially true if you have insulin resistance and are overweight, have high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol.

2- High-Intensity Exercise like Peak Fitness

Short intense exercise has a proven positive effect on increasing testosterone levels and preventing its decline. That is unlike aerobics or prolonged moderate exercise, which have shown to have negative or no effect on testosterone levels.
Intermittent fasting boosts testosterone by increasing the expression of satiety hormones including insulin, leptin, adiponectin, glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), colecystokinin (CKK) and melanocortins, all of which are known to potentiate healthy testosterone actions, increase libido and prevent age-related testosterone decline.
Having a whey protein meal after exercise can further enhance the satiety/testosterone-boosting impact (hunger hormones cause the opposite effect on your testosterone and libido). Here's a summary of what a typical high-intensity Peak Fitness routine might look like:

  • Warm up for three minutes
  • Exercise as hard and fast as you can for 30 seconds. You should feel like you couldn't possibly go on another few seconds
  • Recover at a slow to moderate pace for 90 seconds
  • Repeat the high intensity exercise and recovery 7 more times


As you can see, the entire workout is only 20 minutes. Twenty minutes! That really is a beautiful thing. And within those 20 minutes, 75 percent of that time is warming up, recovering or cooling down. You're really only working out intensely for four minutes. It's hard to believe if you have never done this that you can actually get that much benefit from four minutes of exercise. That's all it is.


3- Consume Plenty of Zinc

The mineral zinc is important for testosterone production, and supplementing your diet for as little as six weeks has been shown to cause a marked improvement in testosterone among men with low levels. Likewise, research has shown that restricting dietary sources of zinc leads to a significant decrease in testosterone, while zinc supplementation increases it -- and even protects men from exercised-induced reductions in testosterone levels.

It's estimated that up to 45 percent of adults over the age of 60 may have lower than recommended zinc intakes; even when dietary supplements were added in, an estimated 20-25 percent of older adults still had inadequate zinc intakes, according to a National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Your diet is the best source of zinc; along with protein-rich foods like meats and fish, other good dietary sources of zinc include raw milk, raw cheese, beans, and yogurt or kefir made from raw milk. It can be difficult to obtain enough dietary zinc if you're a vegetarian, and also for meat-eaters as well, largely because of conventional farming methods that rely heavily on chemical fertilizers and pesticides. These chemicals deplete the soil of nutrients ... nutrients like zinc that must be absorbed by plants in order to be passed on to you.

In many cases, you may further deplete the nutrients in your food by the way you prepare it. For most food, cooking it will drastically reduce its levels of nutrients like zinc … particularly over-cooking, which many people do. If you decide to use a zinc supplement, stick to a dosage of less than 40 mg a day, as this is the recommended adult upper limit. Taking too much zinc can interfere with your body's ability to absorb other minerals, especially copper, and may cause nausea as a side effect.


4- Strength Training

In addition to Peak Fitness, strength training is also known to boost testosterone levels, provided you are doing so intensely enough. When strength training to boost testosterone, you'll want to increase the weight and lower your number of reps, and then focus on exercises that work a large number of muscles, such as dead lifts or squats.

You can "turbo-charge" your weight training by going slower. By slowing down your movement, you're actually turning it into a high-intensity exercise. Super Slow movement allows your muscle, at the microscopic level, to access the maximum number of cross-bridges between the protein filaments that produce movement in the muscle.

Vitamin D, a steroid hormone, is essential for the healthy development of the nucleus of the sperm cell, and helps maintain semen quality and sperm count. Vitamin D also increases levels of testosterone, which may boost libido. In one study, overweight men who were given vitamin D supplements had a significant increase in testosterone levels after one year. Vitamin D deficiency is currently at epidemic proportions in the United States and many other regions around the world, largely because people do not spend enough time in the sun to facilitate this important process of vitamin D production. So the first step to ensuring you are receiving all the benefits of vitamin D is to find out what your levels are using a 25(OH)D test, also called 25-hydroxyvitamin D.

A few years back, the recommended level was between 40 to 60 nanograms per milliliter (ng/ml), but more recently the optimal vitamin D level has been raised to 50-70 ng/ml. To get your levels into the healthy range, sun exposure is the BEST way to optimize your vitamin D levels; exposing a large amount of your skin until it turns the lightest shade of pink, as near to solar noon as possible, is typically necessary to achieve adequate vitamin D production. If sun exposure is not an option, a safe tanning bed (with electronic ballasts rather than magnetic ballasts, to avoid unnecessary exposure to EMF fields) can be used. As a last resort, a vitamin D3 supplement can be taken orally, but research suggests the average adult needs to take 8,000 IU's of vitamin D per day in order to elevate their levels above 40 ng/ml, which is the absolute minimum for disease prevention.

One of the first places we start to notice the years gone by is our skin. Aging skin dries, thins, and loses some of its resilience. The skin care regimen you used in your 20s or 30s won’t yield the same results today.

Here are eight effective strategies to help your skin look its best.

1. Shield your skin. Exposure to the sun prematurely ages skin and contributes to fine lines and wrinkles. One of the best skin protection products you can buy is a sunscreen with SPF 30 or above and broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection. Add another layer of protection by wearing a broad-brimmed hat and sunglasses when you go outside.

2. Keep showers (and baths) short. A quick, five-minute shower will hydrate your skin. Staying in there for more than 10 minutes will start to leach moisture away.

3. Turn down the temperature. Hot water strips your skin of its natural oils. Keep the water temperature comfortably warm, but not scalding hot.

4. Moisturize. As soon as you step out of the bath or shower, apply a layer of moisturizer to your body to seal moisture into your skin. A thicker ointment or cream can be more soothing—and less irritating—to dry, sensitive skin. Look for ingredients like dimethicone, glycerin, mineral oil, or hyaluronic acid, which hold moisture in the skin. Don’t forget about your face, either. Use a facial moisturizer designed for your skin type—dry, oily, or combination.

5. Keep it mild. Stick with a gentle cleanser that’s free from strong fragrances and alcohol that can dry out skin. Be wary of anti-aging products with ingredients like retinoids and alpha-hydroxy acid, which can increase irritation.

6. Humidify. In cold weather, turn on a humidifier to add moisture to the air of your home.

7. Wear gloves. Your hands can dry out, too, especially in winter. Gloves protect your skin against the harsh weather.

8. Don’t smoke. In addition to causing cancer and many other diseases, smoking reduces blood flow and prematurely wrinkles the skin, giving it a leathery appearance.

Therefore, it isn’t your environment that is giving you stress, it’s your thoughts: something good about it is that, you can change it right now. For great success to be realized, one must know who they really are. We are encouraged to know “thyself” as the only way we can fully utilize our power and ability. When you find out what you are and who you are, then it is possible to stretch yourself to become that which you feel inside of you. And the only thing that can help you do that, is when you know your own powers and abilities – something that strengthens your faith and confidence. If you don’t know what you are capable of being, then you will never be happy in your life and with your life – for you cannot grow beyond what you believe you can do or be. Know thyself for if you are to be friends with greatness.
One cannot build a lasting house of TRUTH using the cement of lies. We all have history but we cannot be captives of our history - for if we become slaves of our past due to simple things in life, we are destined to lose it all at the end. Whatever you build on a lie, you shall loose - for it lacks the blessing of GOD. We believe in the working God who never gives greatness to lazy and myopic multitudes, but to those few disciples who are willing to sacrifice present goodness, feel the pain and are willing to work hard for His blessings. Using the words of Martin Luther, "You cannot steal second base with your foot on first." Today, decide to move forward; to accept to work hard for what you want; to sacrifice and sometimes feel the pain for what you love: desist from easy life and having free things - or else fulfill the saying that, "today's easy gain is tomorrow's hard loss." My brothers and sisters, do not worry how long it is taking you to get to the promised land, simply walk and stay on truck and one day, you shall realize that those who looked powerful before your eyes were the most weak in the eyes God - for they were never truthful. Build your life; your business; your relationships; your marriage and your future on TRUTH no matter how hard, tempting and painful it can be – for you cannot build a life on lies because a time comes and the truth manifests itself before the eyes of men.
Academic excellence is overrated! Being top of your class does not necessarily guarantee that you will be at the top of life.
You could graduate as the best student in Finance but it doesn't mean you will make more money than everybody else.
The best graduating Law student does not necessarily become the best lawyer. The fact is life requires more than the ability to understand a concept, memories it and reproduce it in an exam.
School rewards people for their memory. Life rewards people for their imagination.
School rewards caution, life rewards daring. School hails those who live by the rules. Life exalts those who break the rules and set new ones.
So do I mean people shouldn't study hard in school? Oh, no, you should. But don't sacrifice every other thing on the altar of First Class. Don't limit yourself to the classroom.
Do something practical. Take a leadership position. Start a business and fail. That's a better Entrepreneurship 101. Join or start a club. Contest an election and lose. It will teach you something Political Science 101 will not teach you. Attend a seminar. Read books outside the scope of your course. Go on
missions and win a soul for eternal rewards. Do something you believe in!
Think less of becoming an excellent student but think more of becoming an excellent person.
